WSDP Radio 88.1 FM, a student run radio station serving the communities of Canton and Plymouth, Michigan, U.S.A. produces a variety of radio programs. 88.1 FM broadcasts from studios at Plymouth-Canton Educational Park (P-CEP), home of Canton, Plymouth and Salem High Schools. WSDP is owned and operated by the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools.

May 27, 2009 Jennie Rokakis interviews Dr. Joyce Heideman of Southside Animal Hospital in Lansing. They discussed the impact of the economy on animals and care for animals.

May 20, 2009 Timothy Thompson interviews David Armbruster, the new Director of Bands for Plymouth-Canton Educational Park. They discussed his Background and plans for the band program.

May 13, 2009 John Dalton interviews Republican Congressman Pete Hoekstra. Congressman Hoekstra has declared his candidacy for Governor of Michigan.

May 6, 2009 Katherine Mercieca interviews Paul Sincock, City Manger for Plymouth. They talked about his job and history in the Plymouth area.

April 29, 2009 John Dalton interviewed the President of the Spanish American Latino Student Association (SALSA) at P-CEP. They talked about the club, their activities and how students can get involved.

April 22, 2009 Jennie Rokakis interviews Muriah Hall from the P-CEP Gay Straight Alliance about the National Day of Silence taking place on Friday April 24. They also talked about the role of the Gay Straight Alliance at P-CEP.

April 8, 2009 Bill Keith interviews Bill Zolkowski, the new Principal of Plymouth-Canton Educational Park (which included Plymouth, Canton and Salem High Schools). They discussed his new job as well as his work in the south Redford District.

April 1, 2009 Jennie Rokakis interviews Lainey Carroll about Tourette's Syndrome. Lainey has been trained by the National Tourette's Association as the Michigan Youth Ambassador and she is a student at Plymouth-Canton Education Park.

March 25, 2009 Sean Fitzpatrick intervies Jason Stollsteimer and Leann Banks from the Von Bondies. They talked about their new CD "Love, Hate and then There's You," and their upcoming show at St. Andrew's Hall. Jason is also a 1996 Canton High School Graduate.

March 18, 2009 Jennie Rokakis interviews Melissa, Breanna and Hanna from the band Watch Out Red Hood. They talked about their new CD and making music in Southeast Michigan.

March 11, 2009 John Bommarito interviews Gunnar Nelson. He and his brother Matthew will be in town on March 27 for a benefit concert for New Hope Center for Grief Support. They will be performing the classic songs of their father Ricky Nelson.

March 4, 2009 John Bommarito interviews Keri Noble. Telarc Recording artist Keri Noble is formerly from the Detroit area. She will be performing at the WSDP fundraising concert on March 28 with The Mean Reds and Rachele Eve.

February 18, 2009 Rodney Harris interviews Bob Farsakian, owner of Rock of Ages in Garden City. They discuss the changing record industry and the impact on the record stores. They also discussed Bob's year as a student on the WSDP staff.

February 11, 2009 Jennie Rokakis interviews Chelsea Coleman from the P-CEP Improv Club. They talked about the club and their upcoming performance at Canton High School.

February 4, 2009 John Dalton interviews Kat Belacov, President of the Russian Ukrainian American Club at Plymouth-Canton Educational Park. They talked about The club and how students can be involved.

January 28, 2009 Sean Fitzpatrick interviews United States Congressman Gary Peters. They discussed his role in the new congress, the stimulus plan and other issues facing congress.

December 17, 2008 Jennie Rokakis interviews Lorie Callahan, coach of the P-CEP Penguins, the girls hockey team for Plymouth, Canton, Salem. They discussed their pas success and the teams outlook for this season.

December 3, 2008 Bill Keith interviews Don Salata, one of the creators of the website Itownonline.com. Itownonline is a community based website that focuses on Plymouth and Canton.

November 19, 2008 Timothy Thompson interviews Kelly Filios and Tyler Dean, cast members of the Park Players production of The Musical Comedy of Murders of 1940. The play will be performed at the Gloria Logan Auditorium at Salem High School on November 20-22, 2008.

November 12, 2008  Debra Madonna interviews Kate Rosevear and Tim Patino from the Plymouth AM Rotary. Kate is President and Tim coordinates the senior citizen holiday dinner and annual spahhetti dinner. They discussed doing business in a down economy and the holiday dinner.

November 5, 2008 Bill Keith interviews Ray Bonneville.  Ray is a talented blues and folk singer songwriter.  His latest CD "Goin' By Feel" is on the Red House Record Label.  Ray will be at the Ark in Ann Arbor on Tuesday November 11.  The song "I Am the Big Easy" was used in the interview but it has been edited from the Podcast.

October 29, 2008 Sean Fitzpatrick interviews Eric Shelley, Green party candidate for Congress in the 11th District. The incumbent is Congressman Thaddeus McCotter.

October 22, 2008 John Dalton interviews Joe Barone, candidate for the 35th District Court Judge about his campaign and desire to serve as judge. His opponent is Jim Plakas.

October 15, 2008 John Dalton interviews State Rep. Marc Corriveau about his reelection effort. They discussed the attempt to recall him over tax increases and other issues facing the district. His opponent is former State Rep. Jerry Vorva.

October 8, 2008 Timothy Thompson interviews Len Zebawski about his upcoming exhibit of water colors. The artwork focuses on Great Lake and Atlantic Coast Light Houses. The exhibit will be at the University Liggett School in Grosse Pointe. Sean Fitzpatrick interviews Bob Alexander, a candidate to The United Stats Congress in the 8th District. Mr. Alexander is running against Congressman Mike Rogers.

October 1, 2008 Timothy Thompson interviews Debra Madonna about the new series at the Penn Theatre called Saturday's at the Penn. This family friendly series is a collaboration between the Penn Theatre, Plymouth-Community Arts Council and the Plymouth-Canton Symphony Society.

September 24, 2008 Sean Fitzpatrick interviewed Jack Hogendyk. Mr. Hogendyk is running against Senator Carl Levin for Michigan's United States Senate seat. They discussed the recent Wall Street Bailout, the war in Iraq, and abortion.

September 17, 2008 John Dalton interviews Jerry Vorva, candidate for the 20th District State House of Representatives. Mr. Vorva is running to represent Northville, Plymouth, Canton, and Wayne. His opponent is State Representative Marc Corriveau.

September 10, 2008 Rodney Harris interviews Beth Stewart, Executive Director of the Plymouth-Canton Symphony Society. They discuss the upcoming season, new collaborations and Nan Washburn's 10th anniversary with the orchestra.

September 3, 2008 Timothy Thompson interviews Dr. Craig Fiegel, the new Superintendent for the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools. They discussed his new job with the district and some of the big issues facing the schools.
